The Grand Ma Cooking project is a project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The cooking project is focused on young grand mothers from African background sharing their stories with young Africans in Bolton, on the impact migration had on their favorite traditional African foods and how they have been able to adjust. This tester session is part of the series of tester sessions where the particpants try out new recipies learnt from the stories shared by the grand mums. All the tester sessions were packed with fun and the participants enjoyed them. They eagerly look forward to the next tester session.
