The aim of this project is to support members of the ethnic minority groups to play active role in the community development process in their local areas. This will enable them build confidence in governance and contribute their gifts and talents to the overall benefit of the community. This will involve identifying opportunities for leadership, training potential members of the community on this roles then giving them opportunities to experience these roles.
