Bolton CDP as part of Project Engage campaign is working with ethnic minority communities in Bolton to deliver English classes for speakers of other languages especially from African background. This will help in engaging participants into the wider community so they can have the opportunity to contribute their gift and talents for the benefit of all in Bolton.
