Bolton CDP was established to be the catalyst in communities to empower them to use their assets to improve their health and wellbeing as individuals, families and communities. Our focus is on the ethnic minority communities of Bolton and Greater Manchester.
We are happy to be supported by members of the community which includes local councillors, faith leaders, community and voluntary sector organisations, education, housing and local authority representatives. This rich network enables us support the ethnic minority groups in achieving their aspirations.
Bolton CDP is led by a passionate team of trustees and volunteers with years of experience working with the community at the grassroot level.
We seek to create a society where all community members can make a valuable contribution which benefits all.
